And congratulations on your awesome wo...Great post! And congratulations on your awesome work! So many great points! I have been through different times of working out and getting in good shape and trying to get back into shape after each (of our three) little one! :) But this is the first time I have worked out as consistently as I have (usually during naptime :)), 8 weeks, 5-6 days a week (except one week :))! There are days that I don't feel like it but know that I definitely feel better afterwards.
