I am bursting with excitement as I enter the world of blogging. There are so many blogs out there that have inspired me to find a niche of my own. I have talked about doing this over and over and I finally decided it was time to put my creativity and love of food for all of my favorites to read and enjoy.

Some people eat to live. Me? I live to eat! Growing up with deep Italian roots, I had no choice but to love food and all aspects of it. I haven't met many flavors that I don't love and every meal to me is a new and exciting adventure. Taking this passion to a new level, I decided to start this blog so that I can share with others the culinary delights found in Charlotte, healthy recipes, tasty treats and everything in between. As my dear friend Sara always says, "take a picture, and blog about it"! Now it's finally time for me to take a BITE, and blog about it!
