Pumpkin Pie Dip

I first had this pumpkin treat last year at one of our delightful work lunch extravaganzas and I fell in love. This is such an easy dip to whip up and with all of the upcoming holiday festivities, it is a great go to item. Sweet dips are a great surprise to the palate and far from conventional. I have an affinity for finding recipes that require creative, outside the box thinking and this is one of them. Special thanks to Carolynn for sharing this little gem with me.

Pumpkin Pie Dip
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (I used fat free)
  • 8 oz. solid packed pumpkin
  • 2- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 jar of marshamellow fluff
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight. Serve with Nilla Wafers or Gingersnaps!

  1. i did this almost exact recipe for a thanksgiving kickoff competition at work, and out of like 60 people i won third place! it was a hit!!!!

  2. omg nina, i have a similar dip i make during the fall for parties and such too. i call it pumpkin dip but mine is just 2 cans of pumpkin pie filling, two blocks of cream cheese , a teaspoon of vanilla, and about a cup of powdered sugar(use more if needed to make the dip thicker! then i serve it with anna's ginger snaps. so delish!!! im sure it tastes much like your friend carolyn's. I'll have to try hers this year too!! thanks for sharing! xoxoxo~~!!

  3. This sounds SO dangerous! I definately must try it... What a great way to dress up some of my favorite cookies! :-)
