I mixed up a batch of Paleo Snack Bites yesterday to have on hand for the week. I was out of vanilla extract and subbed in almond extract instead. I LOVE the way these turned out- the almond flavor is fantastic!

ReplyDeleteSo glad you're sharing your paleo menus! My husband and I have done paleo in the past and just moved, but as soon as we get settled we are getting back on the train, too. The caprese burgers are genius & sound delicious!
